About our system

  • We set appointment in 30 minutes frame.
  • Patients with appointment are seen preferentially.
  • First visit patients or patients without appointment are seen in between the patients with appointment.
  • Waiting time may vary according to the number  and medical condition of patients. Sometimes it may take quite some time until consultation.
  • In order to make your waiting time less stressful, please let us know when you want to wait at home or outside our clinic. We will contact you when your consultation is getting close.

  • You can also make an appointment for your next visit at clinic.
  • If you need to change the appointment, please change it online or make a call to our clinic from 13:00-15:00 on business days.
  • Only one appointment is available for one patient.
  • Appointment is open for 8 weeks.
  • If you are late for the appointment, your consultation will be delayed from the appointed time.
  • If it is difficult to visit our clinic at appointed time, we would like you to be kind to cancel your booking and make it open for other patients.
  • If  you ignore the appointment multiple times (i.e. more than 3 times), you may not be able to book an appointment for substantial period of time.
